Introduction
SAC produces 220 thousand tons of PP annually by using a liquid-gas phase process with multi-reactor system.
Having the advantage of highly flexible production mode, SAC provide wide range of PP grades covering homo polymers, block copolymers, and random copolymers.
Excellent tensile strength, stiffness, and high clarity of homo PP grades makes them suitable for applications such as packaging films, injection-molded housewares, and woven bags.

Capability of precisely controlling the amount of comonomers in process allows for the production of high-impact-strength block copolymer grades which are widely used for industrial applications in electronic, automobile industry.
Random copolymer grades are widely used in housewares products and medical products where properties of both high impact strength and high clarity are required.

For special applications requiring high stiffness & heat resistance, SAC developed HIPP(High Isotactic Polyporpylene) technology based on it's own proprietary catalyst system.

HIPP application fields include, virtually covering all PP application area, high stiffness packaging film(CPP), high cycle injection(battery case, white goods), sheet for rigid packaging, pipe & plastic closure for carbonated beverage bottle, etc.
